I'm Reece Fletcher, a Business student at Oregon Institute of Technology with a passion for both academics and athletics. As a collegiate soccer player, I understand the importance of discipline, teamwork, and constant growth.
What sets me apart is my genuine love for connecting with people. I'mnaturally outgoing and thrive in environments where communication and collaboration are key. Whether it's on the field strategizing with teammates or in the classroom working on group projects, I bring energy and enthusiasm to everything I do.

Soccer has been a defining part of my life. As a player at Oregon Institute of Technology, I compete at the collegiate level while balancing my academic responsibilities. The sport has taught me invaluable lessons about dedication, perseverance, and the power of teamwork.
I'm excited to continue my journey this upcoming season with Davis Legacy, a USL2 team where I'll have the opportunity to develop my skills and compete against top-level talent. This next chapter will push me to grow not just as a player, but as a leader and teammate.
The discipline required to train year-round while pursuing my business degree has shaped who I am. I've learned that success in any field requires the same fundamentals: hard work, consistency, and a never-give-up attitude.
